TIME AND DOSAGE

Taking it for just a week or even a month will most likely not yield the benefits you are looking for.
It's very important to take the full dosage of maca each day. Skipping lots of days or only taking a small amount of maca is not going to get you the results you desire.
While the dosages we use may seem higher than other brands, this is because we know the importance of getting enough of the beneficial compounds to have a therapeutic effect.
The vast majority of maca products and the dosage they recommend do not supply adequate amounts of macamides and other important compounds.
