Stony Brook raw pumpkin seeds are from small NY family farms and processed at their kitchen in Geneva, NY.  These include seeds grown in neighboring counties in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. We strive to source our raw ingredients locally for the freshest product, and from growers we know personally–not repackaged out of an overseas shipping container! 


They are an heirloom Austrian varietal that grows well in the region. They are dried at 140 F immediately after harvest.


The seeds are loaded with nutrients like Vitamin E, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, lutein, and zeaxanthin. Seeds are dried at low temperatures to preserve the delicate fats and phytonutrients.


Seeds can be sprinkled on your cereal, yogurt, or soups, used as an alternative to nuts such as walnuts or peanuts. The shelf life of the seeds is one year.
