Our Policies

Financial & Cancellation Policy: Payment is due as services are rendered. Credit cards and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. Rooted Nutrition does not accept any form of insurance. Any appointment missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a missed appointment fee equal to that of the scheduled appointment time. Compliance Policy: Our primary directive is to help our clients meet & exceed their health and wellness goals. As it would be with any provider, you must follow the instructions and regimens of any plan, supplement, or diet we provide you. Failure to comply with your program will prevent you from achieving your desired results and will greatly reduce or eliminate the efficacy of our recommendations. Rooted Nutrition reserves the right to revoke your client status in the event of non-compliance.
