Information and Policies

International Shipping Information

Most packages are shipped from our upstate New York warehouse, while some Moss Nutrition products are shipped from our European and UK warehouse partners to reduce shipping times. 

Once we receive your order, we will send you a separate invoice for taxes and duties, once we can obtain the amounts from the shipping company.

Once this is paid, we will ship your order.

If you have questions about where a product might be shipping from, please email us at info@rooted-nutrition.com, and we can give you up-to-date shipping information and transit times.

International Shipping Policies

Please be aware that shipping is added after payment if paying with Paypal. Therefore, it will not be reflected in the initial total.

Internation shipments are sent via Global Post, UPS, or FedEx.

International packages can take five to thirty days to arrive. Please email us for updated shipping times with your country and the products you are interested in, so we can get you an updated shipping time.

 

If your package has not arrived in thirty days, please email us, and we can open an investigation. If you do not receive your package within sixty days and do not contact us, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or support in tracking your package.

There is not anything we can do before thirty days, as once the packages have left our facility, we have no control over them. The shipping service will not open an investigation before thirty days have elapsed.

If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, you will need to get a report from your local postal branch confirming this. We will not issue credits or refunds without this proof.

 

If you would like express shipping or a specific carrier used, please email us before placing your order, and we can let you know the cost for that.

Once shipped, all international sales are final, with no exceptions, and returns are not accepted.

Customs and import regulations vary widely from country to country. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you have ordered are not prohibited/restricted in your country.

 

Rooted Nutrition accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any products or any costs relating to or arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country's customs or any other regulatory body.

Likewise, your orders' import duties or taxes are not our responsibility and you will need to pay them in order to get your shipment. We do not offer refunds on orders if you decide you do not want to pay the customs or import duties. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information if required. 

Rooted Nutrition is not responsible for and will not offer refunds for orders held or destroyed at customs.

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we do not refund shipping costs, and there is a ten percent restocking fee, with no exceptions.
