PROPER DRYING
Proper drying of the Kakadu plum is important to preserving the nutritional value.
Spray-drying and high-heat drying result in nutrient loss and can damage the beneficial compounds.
Nature2U uses a gentle drying process called refractance window drying.
This is a very sophisticated drying method that helps to preserve nearly all of the nutrient value and protects fragile compounds.
NO SPIKING
