Algen Markt Organic Irish Sea Moss - 80 grams
Algen Markt Organic Irish Sea Moss is sustainably harvested from wild plants on the coast of Ireland.
It is hand-harvested and gently washed, without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
Irish Sea Moss is rich in vitamins and minerals. One gram of sea moss contains approximately 160 mcg of iodine.
Each batch is tested for iodine, heavy metals, and pollutants.

Suggested Use: Before use, the dried leaves should be thoroughly washed and soaked in water for one to three hours before using. This softens the algae and restores it to it's gel like consistency. Can be added to smoothies, soups, drinks, or other foods.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings: Do not use if you have a shellfish allergy, as it may contain traces of shellfish from the local environment. Those with hyperthyroid conditions or autoimmune thyroid conditions should not use this product due to the high levels of iodine.
