Moss Nutrition Motility Select is a prokinetic motility formula designed to help support healthy propulsive activity of the upper GI tract.
 
Motility Select™ contains a unique blend of carefully selected ingredients that have been researched to help support the healthy, robust function of the migrating motor complex (MMC). The MMC produces a "cleansing wave" that sweeps food, bacteria, and debris out of the stomach and small intestine towards the colon. It is active during inter-digestive periods—between meals when the digestive system is at rest. As a prokinetic motility formula, Motility Select™ is designed to help promote this normal, propulsive activity of the upper GI tract.
 
The migrating motor complex (MMC) is a very important, but rarely talked about part of digestive health.  The MMC is particularly active between meals helping to move food along the digestive tract. Think of the MMC as housekeeping for the stomach and digestive tract. It propels undigested matter and other things into the colon. The longer that someone goes between eating the more effective it can be. During the actions of the MMC, an increase in other digestive secretions, such as biliary and pancreatic fluids, is seen.

Ginger root is a powerful prokinetic agent which helps to support a healthy migrating motor complex function.
Ginger root contains gingerols and shogaol, which support healthy serotonin levels in the gut.
Taking ginger can produce a temporary feeling of gastric warmth or “ginger burn” in some people. This sensation may be alleviated by taking Motility Select™ with food or by taking fewer capsules at a time and gradually increasing the dosage as the body adjusts to the product.
Gut-guard DGL Licorice Extract, which is free of glycyrrhetinic acid, a compound that can impact blood pressure levels. It helps to support healthy gastric emptying and transit time. 
5-HTP
5-HTP helps to support healthy serotonin levels. Serotonin is a hormone that has a potent effect on gastric motility. 
Motility Select™ contains 10 mg of activated vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5’-phosphate (P-5-P) to improve the effectiveness of the 5-htp.
Meriva Curcumin Phytosome
The curcumin in Motility Select is provided as Meriva, one of the most well-researched and bioavailable forms of curcumin available today. Meriva phytosome technology complexes curcumin with phosphatidylcholine from sunflower lecithin to facilitate its transport across phospholipid membranes, significantly enhancing absorption.
 
Moss Nutrition Motility Select is not a laxative and is not habit-forming. 
 
Recommended Usage: 3 capsules, 1-2 times per day between meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.
