Suggested Use: Take one teaspoon of powder (3 grams) per day, which is all you need to get your daily dose of good bacteria and whole food nutrients, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Can be mixed into any cold food or beverage.
Adults:
To get started, we recommend taking just 1/2 a teaspoon per day for the first week to allow your body to get used to the product, after 7-10 days this can be increased to 1 full teaspoon.
Children:
For children we recommend starting with 1/4 of a teaspoon per day, and working up to 1/2 a teaspoon per day, or as directed by their healthcare practitioner.
