Seleno Health Maca Men's Health Pack - Powder
Men's Maca: Take 1.5 tsp per day with breakfast or lunch.
The minimum suggested use time is 6-12 weeks. Beyond this, you may continue to consume maca daily and do not require taking a break if you are receiving positive benefits.
Black Maca daily use: Take 1-2 tsp per day with breakfast or lunch. Concentrated black maca can be dissolved into water, teas, juices, smoothies, or other drinks. The minimum suggested use time is 6-12 weeks.
Black Maca acute use: Take 1-3 tsp of Concentrated Black Maca a minimum of 1-2 hours before sexual activity.
