Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human bloodstream and the preferred fuel of epithelial cells lining the gastrointestinal tract. As such, L-glutamine can help nourish the gut lining and support its healthy structure/function, including healthy gut barrier function.
 
Suggested Use: 1 capsule, 1 to 4 times daily between meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
