However, for those times you or your loved ones reach their limit and cannot correctly shelter skin with clothing, shade, hat, etc., we have created this simple, reef-safe, healthy balm for additional protection against over-exposure to UV rays.
 
This BEACH BALM contains only three simple ingredients: grass-fed tallow, beeswax, and non-nano zinc oxide. It is packaged in a 2 oz tin for easy travel.
 
Will this balm leave behind a white cast? Yes, it most likely will, depending on your skin tone. But hey, it's worth it!
 
We believe zinc oxide is the best choice for topical sun protection. It may also need to be reapplied after swimming or excessive sweating.
 
We cannot make SPF claims without sending this product in for proper lab testing. However, based on industry standards for zinc oxide levels in sun care products, we estimate this product to be the equivalent to 25-30 SPF.
