A natural herbal bath for use after giving birth.
Directions: Simmer one cup of herbs in 2 quarts of water for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain. Cool to as hot as comfortable. Add mix to warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. Repeat twice daily.
