Prairie Doctor Organic Valerian Root tincture is made using organic, sustainably sourced Valerian root that is grown in the Pacific Northwest.
Ingredients: Organic Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) Root, organic sugar cane alcohol, and spring water
Extraction Strength: 1:4 = (250 mg/ml)

Origin: Pacific NorthwestSuggested Use: 3-3 ml before bed, as needed for relaxation, or as suggested by your healthcare practitioner. Avoid mixing it in hot beverages. For maximum effectiveness, place under the tongue and hold there for 15 seconds before swallowing.

All of their tinctures are made using 100% Organic and non-GMO Cane Alcohol as well as locally sourced spring water. From batching, stirring, and pressing to bottling and labelling, all of their products are made the old-fashioned way, entirely by hand in small batches. They are big believers in the energetics of the herbs, and do everything by hand in an effort not to disrupt or alter that. It's labor intensive, but it's what allows them to make the best herbal tinctures that they possibly can, which is without a doubt worth the extra time and energy.
